Xiaomi Tag’s price has been revealed
Early details about the Xiaomi Tag’s Eurozone pricing have surfaced. According to Xiaomi’s official website for France, the accessory appears to have been listed ahead of time—likely by mistake—showing a price of €17.99. A four-pack is priced at €59.99.
WinFuture reports that the Xiaomi Tag is not only showing up on Xiaomi’s own pages, but has also started appearing at various European retailers. Interestingly, some stores have it listed for under €15, meaning it’s already being sold below the recommended retail price even before the official launch.
There’s also an important hardware detail: this version of the Tag seems to lack UWB (Ultra Wideband) support, despite earlier rumors suggesting UWB would be included. If this holds true, Xiaomi may release two variants—a cheaper model without UWB and a more expensive UWB-equipped option.
In terms of functionality, the Xiaomi Tag will most likely work with Google’s Find Hub, in a way that’s similar to how Apple’s AirTag integrates with the Find My network. The device uses a CR2032 coin-cell battery, which is expected to last around one year before it needs replacing.
